Shipping fees For shipment to Hong Kong, South Korea, Taiwan, Singapore and Malaysia : fixed shipping fee of 3000 yen.

Please note that this apply only to shipments not exceeding ________ kgs.

Payment methods We only accept payment by credit cards (VISA, MASTER or AMEX).

Shipment will be made within 3 business days from payment.

Acceptance of orders In general products shown on the website are available in inventory.

However, we reserve the right to refuse any order if the product is not in inventory.

In this case we will inform you by email.

In principle, orders partially canceled by us remain valid for those products available in inventory.

Order cancelation Orders cannot be canceled.
Exchanges Exchanges are not accepted.
Returns: Returns will be accepted within 1 week from reception only if (i) the number of products or product SKUs do not correspond to the order or (ii) one or more of the product is defective.

Return for size differences or at the convenience of customers will not be accepted.

Please also note that the unique manufacturing process used by GAUFRAIT means that products may show evidence of the manufacturing process, such as slightly distorted design or for bicolor products, slightly changes of color at the border: these are not defects and won’t be accepted as such.

Returns will be accepted only if all products are sent back unused, in the condition received, in the package received with all labels intact.

We will try to replace products as much as possible but reserve the possibility to reimburse you should the products you want no longer be in inventory. In general, returns will be handled within 4 weeks from receipt.
